What we build today
Veevia Healthcare Technologies develops a hands-free, voice-enabled clinical workflow and documentation platform for healthcare, starting with dentistry. Its Phase 1 product is a non-medical workflow and documentation layer that allows clinicians to access patient information, view images, and create structured clinician-reviewable notes through standard screens, with optional display-only smart-glasses access. Veevia is designed to reduce chairside interruptions, repeated device touchpoints, and documentation burden during procedures, while keeping the clinician fully responsible for clinical decisions.

Vision
Where we're going
The long-term vision is to become a scalable healthcare workflow platform for procedure-based specialties, connecting existing records, imaging, documentation, communication, and task coordination into one hands-free clinical surface. Over time, Veevia aims to expand beyond dentistry through specialty workflow packs, secure integrations, optional hardware-enabled deployment, and later regulated clinical features where appropriate.

The Moment
The Moment
Healthcare is becoming more digital, more complex, and more documentation-heavy. Yet during clinical procedures, many clinicians are still forced to interrupt their workflow to touch screens, search records, retrieve images, check notes, or complete documentation.
In dentistry, this challenge is especially visible: procedures are highly visual, time-sensitive, and often performed in environments where infection-control awareness, glove use, and efficient chairside communication matter. Veevia starts here because dentistry offers a clear entry point for solving a wider healthcare workflow problem.
The Problem
The Problem
Clinicians face fragmented workflows during procedures. Patient records, images, notes, and administrative tasks are scattered across different screens and systems. This leads to repeated interruptions, unnecessary touchpoints (requiring glove removal), delays, and a heavy documentation burden after care. Current AI tools focus on diagnostics, and smart glasses are seen only as hardware. There is a need for a practical workflow layer that provides a calm, hands-free experience.
The Solution
The Solution
Veevia is a hands-free, voice-enabled clinical workflow and documentation platform, initially for dentistry but designed for all procedure-based healthcare.
Phase 1 Product: A non-medical workflow layer that helps clinicians access patient info, view images, and create structured notes via standard screens or optional display-only smart glasses. It does not make diagnostic decisions.
Long-term Vision: To become the unified workflow layer for healthcare procedures, connecting records, imaging, documentation, communication, and task coordination into one hands-free clinical surface.
